Longden Pre-School Playgroup was formed in 1984 to provide a secure, welcoming and caring environment for young children, to prepare them for the challenges that they will face in full time school. This ethos has not changed, and twenty-five years on the Pre School continues to offer an environment that is caring and friendly, child centred and flexible, yet structured and aware of the necessity to cater for the needs of the individual child and family as a whole.
